Tori Gerard was my sales associate. She was very helpful and considerate while assisting me with my purchase today. She explained my options and guiding me with respect. Bonita was so very friendly during my purchase explaining my payment options and ensuring I fully understood and took of all finances best suited for my needs. As always the Sarnia location made my purchase easy and hassle free. Would highly recommend.

My family has been going to teppermans for years. They have great financing terms. Bought a new fridge yesterday and Frank was great and new his stuff. When it was time to do the paperwork, Bonita was awesome. Everything ran smoothly and was in and out in no time

My husband and I had a great experience buying furniture at tepperman. We ended up finding a great associate named Francesca. She helped us so much with finding the best furniture. We also were buying some electronics and we found another great associate named Gordon. He gave us the information we needed to make the right decision on buying the best of electronics that suit our needs. Thank you very much for the two people that we met at Tepperman’s. We are now very excited to live in comfort.

Had a fantastic trip to teppermans sarnia today. Unfortunately my fridge died and had to get one ASAP. Reg from the outlet was an amazing help. Was super caring and friendly with my kids and my family aswell as helped measure to make sure it would fit. Then we moved over to Customer service where David continued on with excellent customer service and getting us out fast with our new fridge. We thank both of you for helping us with this purchase :)

Anxious to get in on the save the taxes event, my husband I went in to look at a set of new couches and were assisted by the absolutely effervescent Francesca. She spent so much time looking at delivery estimates and explaining the process to us, we were both really impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Truly top notch customer service which is so refreshing in this day and age. While ultimately we didn’t make a purchase (because of really long delivery times on the pieces we liked) we will certainly be back to see her in the New Year and hopefully some of what we love will be back in stock!

Went in to purchase a stove and had a very pleasant experience. Absolutely zero pressure by sales staff. Kyle was great and was able to answer all my questions. Best part? The stove was in stock so there wasn’t a 5-6 week wait period which seems to be the standard at competitors. Shop local!
